Dr. Barron is proud to offer a cage free option for your boarding facility needs. Southern Animal Hospital and Pet Resort offers individual suites to board your animal. The suites are heated and cooled and have individual lighting and a window to allow us to see your pet without disrupting their sleep or fun time. Pet owners are welcome to bring items from home such as a bed, blanket, toys, etc. Your pet goes outside for airing and exercise daily in a contained privacy fenced yard. The pets play individually with staff. We want your pet to feel happy and confident while staying at Southern Animal's Hospital and Pet Resort.

In Hospital Pet Boarding
We offer an option for boarding in the hospital for our older patients with medical issues that require daily medicines and monitoring. These animals will be in a spacious closed contained environment inside the hospital area of Dr. Barron's clinic. Personnel will be monitoring their activity throughout the business day and charting activity and progress. They will receive all the medical care their condition requires with medicines administered just as if they were at home.
